Most of our work is websites and custom software. We also offer IT support and photography, often for the same clients.
Design and development for new sites and redesigns, from a few pages to a full online store. Sites are built to load quickly, work well on phones, and be easy for your team to update.
Tools for the parts of your business that off-the-shelf software doesn’t fit: internal dashboards, connections between the systems you already use, and automation for repetitive work.
Practical support for small offices: setting up computers and accounts, fixing problems, keeping backups working, and sorting out networks and Wi-Fi.
Product, event, and on-location photography, edited and delivered ready to use on your website and social media.
atum.tech is a web design and software development company based in Santa Fe, New Mexico. For about ten years we’ve been building websites, internal tools, and the servers and deployment setups they run on, mostly for local businesses and organizations.
Projects usually start with a conversation and a written scope, then move through design and development to launch. Most clients keep us on afterward for hosting and support. We document the work as we go, so the code makes sense to whoever works on it next.
It depends on the scope. A small business website usually starts in the low four figures, and larger sites, online stores, and custom software cost more. Once we understand what you need, we send a written quote with the scope, timeline, and price, so you know the total before any work starts.
Most websites take four to eight weeks from an agreed scope to launch. Custom software depends on what it needs to do. The biggest factor is usually how quickly content and feedback come back, so we’ll give you a realistic schedule at the start.

Usually, yes. We can take over maintenance of an existing site, improve it, or rebuild it if that makes more sense. We’ll look at what you have first and tell you which option we’d recommend and why.

A short description of what you need, your timeline, and a budget range if you have one. The contact form asks for all of that, and we’ll reply by email with any questions.
