By using the site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Our services and client work
The site describes the services we offer. Nothing on it is an offer, quote, or contract. Descriptions, prices, and timelines on the site are general and may change.
Any project we take on is governed by a written proposal or agreement that sets out its scope, cost, and terms. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls for that project.

You’re welcome to browse the site, link to it, and share it. When you use it, you agree not to:
- use it for anything unlawful, or to help anyone else break the law,
- try to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or any related systems, or probe, scan, or test them for vulnerabilities without our written permission,
- interfere with the site’s operation, including by overloading it or introducing malicious code,
- use automated tools to submit the contact form or to copy the site’s content in bulk, or
- send spam, false information, or content that impersonates someone else.
We may block access to the site for anyone who violates these terms.
What you send us
When you contact us through the form or by email, you confirm that the information you send is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please don’t send passwords, payment details, or other confidential information through the contact form. If a project requires sensitive information, we’ll agree on a secure way to share it.
Contacting us doesn’t create a client relationship or any obligation for either of us. We handle what you send according to our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The site and its content, including its design, text, graphics, code, the atum.tech name, and the aperture logo, are owned by ATUM TECH LLC or used with permission, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, modify, or sell its content without our written permission.
Client names and portfolio
The site shows work we’ve done for clients. Client names, logos, screenshots, and trademarks belong to their owners and appear only to illustrate that work. Their appearance doesn’t mean a client endorses anything beyond the work described.
Links to other sites
The site links to client websites and other services we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, atum.tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from or related to your use of the site, even if we’ve been told such damages are possible. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to $100.
These limits apply only to your use of this website. Liability for client projects is set by the agreement for each project.
